We use Cloudflare Pages to host and deliver shop.nix-film.com. Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, processes technical connection data, including IP addresses and information about requests to the website, to deliver pages and protect the service. Our purpose is the reliable and secure operation of the product website, based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cloudflare operates an international network, so processing can take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare describes its processing and international transfer safeguards in its privacy policy and data processing addendum.
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 9-17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France) to provide the notification signup form and send the emails you request. Your email address and selected email preferences are processed for this purpose. You can request a launch notification and separately choose occasional build updates. Signup is voluntary. The legal basis for the requested marketing emails is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The signup sends a confirmation email so you can confirm your address. You can withdraw your email consent at any time, including by contacting nickplatzer@nix-film.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. Brevo receives the information entered into its form and technical connection data needed to provide it. Further information about the provider is available in Brevo's privacy policy. Brevo stores this data on servers in the European Union; for some of its own services Brevo may involve providers outside the EU under appropriate safeguards, as described in its privacy policy. We count opens and clicks of our emails only in anonymised form, not per recipient. Addresses on the launch notification list are deleted within 30 days after the launch email has been sent. Addresses on the build updates list are kept until you unsubscribe and are then removed.
